         aged or fresh front halves with two wings
         or one wing in 2 size ranges:

         - 500 - 1,100g
         - 800 - 1,500g

  • Operator requirements:

         1 person for loading and approx. 5 persons 
         for inspection and trimming, depending on
         quality of the final product

  • machine speed:

         41 pieces/min at 50 and 60 Hz

 

Options

Final product either:

  • tender in or out
  • single or butterfly fillet
  • back meat attached or detached to the fillet
  • skin attached or detached to the fillet
  • all different wing cuts possible
